The American Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Bathroom Renovation/Refinishing Services American Consulate General Osaka, Japan The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Unit Price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Construction Type Contract for one base year plus four separate option years during the second quarter of fiscal year 2018. The contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The contractor shall perform all works and construction activities including furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for the renovation/refinishing services of twenty-two bathrooms in Mansfield House located at 12-6 Kikutani-cho, Nishinimiya-shi, Hyogo prefecture, 662-0078, Osaka, Japan. NOTE: Unique Identifier Number and System for Award Management (SAM) registration are mandatory requirement for all companies to be considered for contract award.
