MAGTF/MOCTT Operational Support Services (MOSS) M00264-25-R-0014 Amend 0003

The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office, on behalf of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Staff Training Program, requires Command and Control (C2) training services. This solicitation, identified by number M00264-25-R-0014, supports six training centers located across major Marine Corps bases and installations. The requirement is designated as an SDVOSBC (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern) set-aside. The scope of work encompasses three primary service areas: providing Marine Corps Program of Record C2 systems and Combat Operations Center (COC) instruction and curriculum development; planning and executing collective battle staff training events in a COC environment for Fleet Marine forces and reserve components; and managing classroom computer network and audio-visual operations and integration. Instruction services are based on established Marine Corps C2 Training and Readiness standards for individual operators, information management procedures, and collective staff functions found within Battalion, Regimental, Division, and MEF-sized units.
