SINCGARS Installation Kits

This contract is a 100% Small Business set-aside and it is awarded to Centron Industries, Inc., CAGE 0SL00. A. CONTRACT TYPE: This contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Long-Term Contract (LTC). B. ITEMS FOR PROCUREMENT: This contract is for the procurement of two Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) Installation Kits (IKs): MK-3092/VRC, NSN 5895-01-570-2424, and MK-3094/VRC, NSN 5895-01-570-5824. C. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Period of Performance will consist of one five-year base period and no option periods. D. GUARANTEED MINIMUM/CONTRACT MAXIMUM: A guaranteed mimimum of $20,000.00 is provided for the first year only, with no guarantee provided for the remaining years. The resultant contract will have a total monetary ordering ceiling of $2,000,000.00. E. UNIT PRICES: Awarded unit prices are for the items specified in Section B of this contract, for a period of five years from the contract award date. All orders placed during this time period shall be issued as priced delivery orders. F. DELIVERY: The required delivery schedule is outlined in Section F, the Deliveries or Performance section. G. ORDERING YEARS: The ordering year numbers listed in Section B are associated with the dates listed below. Ordering Year One -01 February2018 to 31 January 2019 Ordering Year Two - 01 February2019 to 31 January 2020 Ordering Year Three - 01 February2020 to 31 January 2021 Ordering Year Four - 01 February2021 to 31 January 2022 Ordering Year Five - 01 February2022 to 31 January 2023 H. WARRANTY: Refer to 52.246-17, Warranty of Supplies of a Non-Complex Nature.
