NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia has issued solicitation N0038326QF142 for the repair of two Control Display Units (CDU). This requirement, identified by National Stock Number 6610-016232556 and Part Number 233A941-1, is classified as a Critical Application Item supporting Foreign Military Sales case SR-P-MAL. The procurement is managed under NAICS 334511 for Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing and PSC 6610 for Flight Instruments. There is no set-aside designated for this action.
The agency intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement because the government lacks the technical data necessary to contract with an alternative source. The contract includes an initial induction period of 365 calendar days from the date of award, with a government option to extend performance for an additional year. Contractors are required to provide option pricing for a maximum of 10 units over the entire contract duration. Because these items require Government Source Approval, any unapproved sources must submit the required documentation from the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposal for consideration.
The solicitation was published on June 8, 2026, with a response deadline of June 23, 2026. Place of performance is the United States, and Dana Scott serves as the primary point of contact. The notice includes three attachments: the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure, the formal solicitation document, and a supplemental Word document. This acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and various Free Trade Agreements.
