The Department of the Army, through the W6QM MICC-Fort Drum contracting office, has issued solicitation W911S226U2905 for the procurement of Portland gray cement bags intended for general concrete construction. This requirement is classified under NAICS 327310 for Cement Manufacturing and PSC 5610 for Mineral Construction Materials, Bulk. The opportunity is designated as an SBA set-aside. The scope of work involves providing Portland limestone cement Type IL that meets ASTM C595 and AASHTO M 240 specifications.
