This announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement and capable of providing an authorized letter to perform supply/services on this end-product, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within five (5) calendar days of this publication by contacting the Contracting Officer, Arneil Genus via email only at [email protected]. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Respondents who submit proprietary data shall clearly mark the data with appropriate markings. The Government will not pay for any information submitted as a result of this announcement. This special notice shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Responses are due no later than Monday, June 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Standard Time. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no written response is received within the closing date of this notice, a sole source award will be made to QuickSeries Publishing Inc. without any further notice.
