This amendment incorporates the following changes: Section C - DESCRIPTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS - Subsection C.14 - ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST (OCI)-has been revised. Section I - CONTRACT CLAUSES-clauses have been updatedto most recent versions;requiredclauses incorporated by reference and in full text. Section L - INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITION AND NOTICES TO BIDDERS - The following subsectionshave been updated: Subsection 2.4,adds item "h". Subsecton 3.13, clarifies when to complete PART A and B of Attachment J.3. Subsection 4.2,includes the use of Adobe and additional font. Subsection 4.3 - Naming Convention - updated to include OCI Plan.
