There will be a Site Visit held on 01 June 2026 10:00 AM-11:30 AM (EST) at ANC Welcome Center. Contractors will need to limit the number of vehicles to one per vendor to limit the interference with cemetery daily operations. Contractors will follow the Contract Office Representative (COR) Mr. Dalwuan Wiliams (703) 965-1655 (the Government (GOV) Point of Contact (POC) to the different location areas on site to thoroughly understand the requirement in detail. Contractors who plan to attend this Site Visit will need to complete and return the attached ANC Access Roster Request for Automatic Door Maintenance Services Contract Recompete Walkthrough no later than 29 May 2026 02:00 PM to [email protected].
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION AND FORMAT
The offeror's proposal shall be submitted electronically via email to [email protected], with a courtesy copy to [email protected]. Proposals must be received no later than 06 July 2026 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
QUESTIONS: Companies who have questions pertaining to this solicitation notice, attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), or Site Visit shall Submit questions via email to [email protected] and courtesy copy to [email protected] no later than 15 June 2026 at 04:00PM EST. Responses will be provided NLT 23 June 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Contractors are required to register at the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a DoD contract and must maintain active registration during the life of the contract. The proposal shall be organized into three (3) separate and distinct files/volumes:

1. Does this proposal need to be submitted through a Veteran Operated Contractor/ business or is any business eligible to submit the contract through Sam.gov? Answer: This is being competed to 100% all set aside small businesses.
2. On page 29 of the PWS, there is a table for service calls. Is this information accurate in terms of volume? Answer: Yes, this is accurate as I explained during the site visit there are 30,000+ visitors going in and out of those doors. There is a lot of wear and tears on the arms.
3. We understand that the scheduled site visit has already passed. Would it be possible to arrange an alternate site visit or provide guidance on any available options for vendors who were unable to attend? Answer: There will not be an alternate site visit.
