Golf Cart Rental

The Department of the Air Force, specifically the FA3022 14 CONS LGCA, has issued a sources sought notice for golf cart rental services at Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi. This requirement supports the 2026 Columbus AFB America 250 celebration scheduled for the 4th of July. The scope includes providing 18 two-passenger gas-powered golf carts and two utility bed carts, totaling 20 units. The contractor is responsible for all materials, equipment, management, coordination, and transportation. These vehicles will be utilized by Freedom Fest staff for rapid transportation, medical support, and the transport of handicapped individuals.

The performance schedule requires the delivery of fully fueled carts by 10:00 AM CST on July 3, 2026, to the parking lot northwest of the bowling center (building 736). The contractor must then retrieve the equipment between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM CST on July 6, 2026. This acquisition is classified under NAICS 532284 for Recreational Goods Rental and PSC W023 for LEASE OR RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT- GROUND EFFECT VEHICLES, MOTOR VEHICLES, TRAILERS, AND CYCLES. The notice is designated as a Small Business Administration (SBA) set-aside.

Responses to this informational notice are due by April 16, 2026.
