Issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic sole source to WFEL LTD, Cage K7705, Part number: 87-50004 and Part Number: MEXEB23338, which will include one NSN: 5340-99-204-6459, Mount, Resilient General Purpose. This item is solicited as Unrestricted. This item is an Critical Application Item. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clause 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program-Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
