J030--Preventive Maintenance to Powered Industrial Trucks at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO-8), intends to negotiate a sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreement with Lift Trucks & Parts, Inc. for maintenance services at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System. The identified vendor is the original equipment manufacturer exclusive authorized service provider for Crown Equipment in Puerto Rico. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Crown powered industrial trucks as required by the Facilities Management Service.
