MODULAR MOBILE PHARMACY COMPOUNDING CLEANROOM

The Department of Veterans Affairs requires the lease and installation of a modular mobile pharmacy compounding cleanroom for the Atlanta VA Healthcare System in Decatur, Georgia. The purpose of this contract is to provide a temporary facility compliant with USP 797 and USP 800 standards to prevent interruptions in patient care during the construction of a permanent cleanroom. The scope of work includes the delivery, installation, testing, and decommissioning of a 14-foot by 48-foot modular building equipped with sterile buffer rooms, laminar air flow hoods, biosafety cabinets, and a hazardous exhaust system. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment, including the installation of a covered walkway with a ramp and the integration of a remote monitoring and security system. The performance period consists of one base year and one option year.
