All visitors must comply with Vance AFB access requirements, including Real ID compliant identification and adherence to installation security procedures, along with vehicle registration and current insurance. You will need to report to the Vance Visitor Center to obtain a pass. Please notify Betty Kliewer; [email protected] and/or Shannon Perry; [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance of individuals planning to arrive to ensure base acess. If they are not a citizen of the US, they will need to bring a work permit, visa, or 1-94.
