Any vendor desiring to be considered for award MUST be verified as a SDVOSB in the Vender Information Pages (VIP) database of https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/, both at the time of quotation submittal and at time of award. Description: VISN 4 MEDICAL GRADE BULK LIQUID OXYGEN. Contractor will provide all product, materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary for the delivery of Medical Grade Bulk Oxygen and Tank/Cylinder Rental for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4 Medical Centers. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officerand will be answered via solicitation amendment and only these questions will be deemed official.
