Advance Notice: NEN IPT Engineering, Integration, and Program Management Support

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a pre-solicitation notice for engineering, integration, and program management support for the Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) Integrated Product Team (IPT) at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific. This requirement supports the Program Executive Office Digital and Enterprise Services in testing, implementing, and maintaining Navy overseas networks. The selected contractor will provide technical services and program management to assist NIWC Pacific in meeting program acquisition and installation objectives for the NEN project.

The government intends to release a formal Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP) via the PIEE Solicitation Module in mid to late June 2026. Competition is restricted exclusively to active SeaPort-NxG Small Business MAC holders under NAICS 541330 Engineering Services. This procurement is classified under PSC DG01 IT and Telecom - Network Support Services (Labor) and is designated with an SBA set-aside. Prospective offerors must be active SeaPort-NxG Small Business MAC holders at the time of proposal submission to be eligible for award. Non-SeaPort vendors are prohibited from submitting proposals, and eligible MAC holders are required to register for PIEE accounts to receive the solicitation and submit offers.
