View moreThe mission of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) is to ensure exceptional customer experiences through each CAO service delivered to the House community. The CEC serves an important role in connecting CAO technical, administrative, and operational experts with their customers. The CEC provides direct services to House offices through its six departments: Communications & Marketing, Congressional Staff Academy, CAO Advocates, Customer Experience Management, First Call, and House Creative Services.
House Creative Services provides support to Members of Congress, committees, and leadership on their communication efforts related to official and representational topics. This includes official photography, graphic design, multimedia design, printing, video, and motion graphics. Services are provided on a per-request basis, often on short notice, with rapid turnaround expected.
Purpose and Scope
In conjunction with the CAO, the House of Representatives is exploring opportunities to provide supplemental ad-hoc photography and videography support for Members within the continental United States. Ad-hoc staffers would need to work with House Creative Services (HCS) to coordinate the transfer of files for upload and customer availability.
