QA Set 1 Q1. Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past. A1. This is a new contract. There is no previous contract for this requirement. Q2. Instructions at the top of the fill in portion on page 1 of the application suggest to fill out items, 12,17,23,24,30. On the specific instructions (section E) and also aligning with the highlighted portions - only 12, 17, and 30 are required. Assumption because item B is a culmination of what would be in those missing fields. A2. Please reference E.1 Instructions to Offerors B. Specific Instructions regarding the SF1449. Q3.
