Offerors shall be required to return the attached solicitation, signed, and filled in appropriately, along with any additional information required to be submitted by FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation— Commercial Items Addendum and any additional fill-in provisions.

SITE VISIT
A site visit will take place on 15 December 2025 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM CST at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must send a filled out copy of Attachment 03 – Site Visit Form to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than 11 December 2025 at 3:00 PM CST. Further site visit information will be sent to interested parties ahead of time. Site visit attendees will meet at Buidling 301D.
