Army Watercraft Sustainment Maintenance (AWSM) Program Zone 3 Pier Side and Emergency Drydocking (AWARD NOTICE)

The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) has awarded 19 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the Army Watercraft Sustainment Maintenance (AWSM) Program. This competitive effort, designated as Zone 3, supports pier side maintenance, emergency and un-programmed repairs, emergency drydocking, modernization, and modification for the United States Army watercraft fleet. The work covers PSC J019 for the maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of equipment including ships, small craft, pontoons, and floating docks, as well as NAICS 488390 for other support activities for water transportation.

Performance will occur at both CONUS and OCONUS locations over a five-year period, with a maximum award value of $70 million. The 19 contracts, numbered W912CH26DA046 through W912CH26DA064, were finalized on January 29, 2026. Awarded vendors include Atlantic Fabrication and Boiler Services, Inc.; BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair Inc.; Colonnas Ship Yard, Incorporated; Fincantieri Marine Repair LLC; Heavy Engineering Industries and Shipbuilding Company K.S.C; HII Mission Technologies Corp; Japan Marine United Corporation; JT Marine Inc; Lyon Shipyard Inc.; Marisco, Ltd; Metal Trades, LLC; Mid Atlantic Engineering Technical Services, Inc; Pacific Shipyards International, LLC; QED Systems, Inc; Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd; Subic Drydock Corporation; Sunjin Entech Co., Ltd; Tropical Reef Shipyard Pty Ltd; and Yokohama Engineering Works, Ltd.
