The responses to this Notice will be used for planning purposes for an upcoming procurement. Therefore, this Notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); it does not guarantee the future issue of an RFP; nor does it commit the government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, this Agency will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that this Agency will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice; all costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the responding party expense.At this time, proprietary information is not being requested, and respondents shall refrain from providing proprietary information in response to this Notice. Edward Roush Lake in Indiana. The required construction services includes removing existing Overhead Doors and replacing with Commercial Overhead Sectional Door Systems. Estimated Performance Period: 1 year under 238290 - Other Building Finishing ContractorsEstimated Cost: Between $25,000 and $100,000.REQUESTED INFORMATION:All interested Small Businesses, certified HUBZONE, 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business contractors should respond to this market survey/sources sought via email no later than August 22, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. The following requests are designed to apprise the US Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District, of any prospective small business with seal coating (Fog Seal) application and asphalt striping services capabilities. Please provide your response to the following. The submission is limited to 4 total pages of information.This Agency requests that interested contractors to submit the following:1. Identification and verification of the company small business status.2. Contractors Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)) and CAGE Code(s).3. Descriptions of Experience ?Interested construction firms must provide no more than three (3) example projects with either greater than 95 percent completion or projects completed in the past five (5) years where the interested firm served as the prime contractor. Each project must include the name, title, project role,. References may be used to verify project size, scope, dollar value, percentages and quality of performance.
