NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO Linde Puerto Rico B.V., Road 189 Intersection 931, Gurabo, PR, 00778, for Medical Gases to the Veterans Affairs Caribbean Healthcare System, 10 Casia Street, San Juan, PR 00921. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Simplified Procedures for Commerical Items of FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C 1901 and is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) for restricting competition. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 325120 and the Small Business Administrative size standard is 1,200 employees. The current Federal Acquisition Circular is 2024-05 dated on 05/22/2024. If vendors believe they have the technical capability to meet this specific need, submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government s requirement.
