Demolish and dispose waste material as appropriate. Sustainable principles, to include life cycle cost-effective practices, will be integrated into the design, development, and construction of the project in accordance with UFC 1-200-02. Construction activities may commence after the approval of the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) and AF Form 103 (work clearance). The Contractor shall coordinate on-site safety requirements through the 718th Civil Engineer Squadron (718 CES).Proposals must be submitted no later than 23 July 2025, 1400 (2:00pm) JST.
