Landscape Level Scientific, Technical Assistance and Peer Review Services - IDIQ R16PS00088) Amendment 0001 to provide questions and answers and incorporate revised pages of the Performance Work Statement. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, R16PS00088, is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-85. (iv) This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, with a size standard of $15M.
